CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Your appointment is very important and your time is valued. Cancellations and appointment adjustments must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. We understand that life happens! A call or text will due a day before your appointment. If you are feeling ill, please call or text 207-899-9103 to reschedule. By booking this appointment online, you understand there will be a fee of 50% of your service cost if you do not cancel 24 hours before your appointment. Frequent no shows may be charged up to 100% of the service as a deposit. Failure to show more than 2 times will result in a book by day basis or not be allowed to book appointments ahead.
